Problem

Visa information for business owners is scattered across the website, lacking a centralized homepage for easy navigation. Additionally, there was a critical need for a comprehensive product overview page, offering a consolidated view of their entire product portfolio to facilitate informed decision-making for prospects.

Process

06

Designs

Pain Points

To strategically capitalize on business opportunities at trade shows and conferences, the VBS client recognized the necessity of developing a dedicated landing page. This page would seamlessly direct potential customers to their website, enhancing lead generation and engagement.

Research

Competitor analysis takeaways

  1. There is a separate landing page for business owners and categorizes the business based on its employee size
  2. Depending on the business need, there is a specific solution and credit card
  3. Metrics can help show how effective the solution is
  4. Visual identity is different based on the audience
Personas

Visa provided a description of their clientele and I created 3 different personas based on their findings.
